ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Personal Account Representative for Hal Lusk State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Ability to get your Property/Casualty and Life/Accident/Health License.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
